Emily is a fantastic realtor. She helped us get our house ready to sell. We had a price in mind for our house, but she explained everything to us and we ended up getting 22K more. She also helped us through the process of purchasing our new house. She was always available to help us with the builder and the issues we had with them. I would and do recommend her to my friends or to anyone I hear needing a hard working knowledgeable realtor.

Emily is amazing for so many reasons. She worked with us for over a year to help us prepare to sell our home (including all my mental break downs about it... I was pregnant at the time). The home we were selling wasn't large and we weren't planning to buy a mansion so I worried that maybe working with us would be a drag and not worth the money. But she always ALWAYS treated us as if we were her only clients (and believe me, we weren't. I think she closed on 4 other houses the weekend we closed on ours). Emily KNOWS. HER. STUFF!! She helped us navigate and plan how to get the most money out of our current home while also making sure it was a solid deal so we could confidently and simultaneously negotiate an offer on our next home. I have since seen friends whose deals and dreams have fallen apart because their realtors didn't advocate for and educate their clients the way Emily does. We have 5 children. Moving a house hold of 7 people is as crazy and intense as it sounds. But Emily was KEY to keeping me sane and focused on the goal. I get emotional when I think about how hard Emily worked to make this move happen for our family and what's amazing is that I know she works just as hard for everyone. It's just who is she is.
