Mama bear to three adult daughters and the North&Co. team, she is happiest soaking in the outdoors and digging in her garden. A seeker of life’s many wonders, her travel bucket list is long, and you know she will get there. Michele is confident, intellectually acute and kind to the core. If you want to go far, go together.” Michele has been instrumental in growing the brokerage since its inception, accentuated by the first-ever $1 billion in total homes sold, a milestone reached in 2020. Michele values the importance of protecting agents and consumers at the forefront. Working closely with every agent at the brokerage, Michele lives and breathes the dynamic culture at North&Co. Michele’s journey with North&Co. began in 2011 when she met Brian North and was inspired to take a chance on a start-up company that was trailblazing the real estate industry – unknowingly setting the new standard for residential real estate development and investing. Thanks to her grit and talent of helping her agents reach their full potential, she was named Designated Broker in 2011 and Partner in 2020. Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Michele first began her real estate adventure in WA in 2005. She worked for a boutique brokerage where she learned from an innovative developer who specialized in land development and sales. With her prior background in retail management and customer service, she excelled at training agents and adapting to the constant shifts that impact this industry. Michele believes no dream is too big. She thrives on helping her agents exceed their goals and better their lives.
