Using honesty and integrity as her compass, Shannon thrives giving her friendships her all, continuously pushing those around her to make the best decisions for themselves. When Shannon is not hosting a group of 30 people at her North Central Phoenix condo, in her garden tending to her plants, or reading one of the books from her library, Shannon is probably theorizing about how she can help someone around her. She is the quintessential definition of a good friend. Shannon’s energetic ability to consistently think about how to make people's lives better is a perfect strength to bring to transaction management in real estate. Having worked in the industry for a decade (or two decades if we’re counting when she was 12 and handing out “swag bags” for her father’s real estate company), Shannon has seen many market changes and has taken advantage of every opportunity to aid agents in each of those changes. Creatively problem solving, following through on whatever she says she's going to accomplish, eagerly accepting feedback, and building a respectful and long-lasting rapport with those she works with have been the bedrocks on which she’s built her career. Shannon Spain joined North&Co. in February of 2022, and since then has built an entire Transaction Management team from the ground up. With a knack for organization, desire to achieve the highest level of efficiency, and a competitive nature, Shannon is the perfect person to build systems that are considerate of everyone's needs.
