Some people absorb the light around them, and some people create the light. Lia Joy Gardner is one of the people who creates the light. Speak with her for five minutes and you are transported to a place of authenticity, joy, and purpose. Love is at the forefront of everything she does, and you can tangibly feel it. If you were to ask Lia what her greatest sources of pride are, she would selflessly say it is her family. She and her husband have raised two sons who are filled with passion, self-assurance, and a deep understanding of the world that most people spend years trying to cultivate. She chases everything in her life with intentionality, never getting swayed by the flashy whims of the world – but rather taking time to enjoy the stillness and beauty of the present. Lia views every day as a blank canvas wherein an artful masterpiece is right around the corner, if you choose. She is consistent through and through. Lia sees her role at North&Co. as a “Goldilocks” position – almost too good to be true! Every position throughout her real estate career has led her here, where she gets to utilize her high energy by spinning multiple plates every day. Lia’s beautiful intuition is also employed daily as she serves as our Office & Community Concierge (?), understanding what education our agents want and need to further themselves and their business. Being incredibly emotionally and logically balanced herself has been an asset to her decision-making when it comes to creating a balanced and robust events calendar for our agents to partake in.
