Christina lives each day with mindfulness at the forefront. Emotional intelligence, authenticity, and leading with her heart are all strengths that Christina embodies – which makes her an amazing coworker, teammate, mother, and friend. To know Christina Atkinson is to be charmed by her wit, challenged by her betterment mentality, and cared for with a selflessness that makes you feel like the only person in the world. Christina excels at anything she puts her mind to and is never afraid of tackling a challenge head-on. Her independent spirit has granted her the skill of figuring things out, no matter what it is. Her favorite things to do are centered around the people she loves and physical activity. Whether it be teaching a yoga class or dancing goofily with her daughter, she finds herself feeling the most centered when she’s filled with and expelling energy. Throw a charcuterie board in the mix, and you have Christina's perfect evening in. Born & raised in Whidbey Island, Washington, Christina found her way to the polar opposite climate and fell in love with the desert. She started her career in the real estate industry working closely with our North Central Phoenix Agents at our North Central – CASA Office. Christina officially joined North&Co. in May 2021 as our Talent Acquisition Manager and now serves as our Senior Growth Strategist. She thrives in this role and finds so much fulfillment in watching agents learn the impact that North&Co. can have on every single aspect of their lives. Christina is the helm of our ship – the first impression of North&Co., embodied. She leads her life fearlessly heart-first, a beautiful combination of empathy and strength. She brings these strengths into every interaction she has, giving agents an authentic example of the North&Co. difference in its purest form.
