Life is clearly not perfect, but holy snow (not a typo, just trying it out), it’s really good. I have to take a minute to thank everybody who put so much energy into the brokerage meeting yesterday. Michele, Lauren, Andrea, Tiffany, Julie, Steph Ringleb, Steph G. (the birthday girl on February 14th), all of our amazing partners Chad, Kent, Marissa, Tom, Eduardo, Jonathan, Stacy, Tom M., Tracy Tucker, Ben, Amy, Shannon, Bernadette, Noelle, Wendy, Ali, Sharon, and Sharla who graciously and with joy hung out with us for an hour and a half out of their day for two second pageant wave, Trevor Halpern for being you, Tom Ross for being ignited, and caring so deeply about the opportunity to make a difference in general and through our community, Matt Rowley and Adam Bowman for endorsing Danny and bringing hope that our agents will invest time with him to grow their long term financial wealth, Allie Pfannenstiel for being a servant leader and offering your time to teach us all how to kill debt and retire whenever we want, Annie and Cooper for your willingness to protect us all from the only thing besides death that is a guaranty in this country (taxes), our friends from In Ones Element who are going to offer energy work to free us from stress on the 18th of this month, and Bob Mulhern Founder of Great Hearts Schools and Broker at Colliers International for sharing some time to work on a couple of small things to realize big things in this world. Look at the amount of man hours dedicated to one meeting! 100+ agents, 15+ partners, 10+ executives, 10 speakers (who came prepared), the time spent preparing the meeting, likely equates to 200-300 man hours spent on one hour of committed time with you. It’s so crazy, and I am so thankful this morning! This is one North&Co. brokerage meeting. Just one. This is a once per month opportunity to get everybody together in one place, in an actionable way, to share tangibly the things Stephanie, the Tribe, and most of you think are the most important in the world. You went to a real estate meeting, and didn’t talk about real estate for more than 10 minutes. Why? Because when we focus on what’s important the rest will fall into place. The real estate market cycles will ebb and flow, and consistent personal development in the above areas will make you nearly immortal against the constant changes happening around you. Remember the wisdom shared yesterday and realize you have this to tap into everyday. Kevin Owens (Golden Ruler) and massive supporter of YOU, Allie (Golden Ruler) willing you to pay off crippling debt and create financial freedom, a reminder from me that you’re not alone at North&Co., a 2022 Vision that will change the world, a lesson on how to save 100 hours of time, an opportunity to build a stable long term wealth plan with an advisor, an opportunity to learn how to strategically pay taxes, how to clear your negative energy and get out of a rut, giving back to charity (Arizona Housing Fund), a few book shares (The Power of Now and the other was Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself), a lesson on how to be vulnerable and create connection, C’MON PEOPLE!!!! This shit is real! If what we were up to was ever in question, I don’t think it is anymore. What a day! Thank you Stephanie G., and Happy Birthday! Thank you again to our amazing team for putting on such a great meeting this week, and bringing our dreams to life! When you see an Executive Team member, hug them, high five them, or just look them in the eye and say thank you. They work their ass off to make you great. Okay, I’ll stop.
