My husband & I contemplated moving to various warm golf locales. We happened to be touring colleges in AZ, so thru an acquaintance, I was told about The Property Twins. I called them, and explained we just wanted to look at areas on the off chance we might rent. They were completely ok with just touring around with no plan to rent or buy. Fast forward, we saw many many places over 2 days, but couldn’t get one house out of our head. We talked to Shelly & Betsy about it- and they were completely ok with our crazy idea to put in an offer. They didn’t skip a beat. They helped us through every single step, no judgement, were available any time we needed advice, they 10000% knew their business, they recommended people we might need. I’d sum it all up saying it was an unexpected, very very positive experience, which ended with that house purchase. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a realtor in the Phoenix area.

Betsy and Shelly are by far the most professional and amazing realtors we’ve had the pleasure of working with.
