Roland Schoeman

Having performed and competed at the highest level in professional swimming, Roland brings his discipline and drive for excellence to be the absolute best. He has not only thrived as an individual athlete, but also found great success in mentoring and collaborating within the team context, resulting in the pinnacle accolade of winning the gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Having tirelessly worked in pursuit of his dreams, Roland admits that he is extraordinarily grateful for the experiences and lessons gained throughout his hall of fame career. Now, Roland has embarked on the next chapter of competing, this time in the real estate industry. He is committed to bringing all those same disciplines and achievements to his clients. Working tirelessly to help people achieve their dreams of home ownership, navigating families through difficult circumstances, or providing confidential advice to other professional athletes relocating to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, Roland knows how to develop meaningful relationships in such a way that clients become friends.
