LILA SEFAT
A native of Alabama, Lila was raised in the Gulf Coast but spent every summer in Japan, where her mother is originally from, and became fluent in the Japanese language. She attended North Carolina’s Wake Forest University and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise. Lila’s real estate career began in 2017 when she started working for one of Arizona’s largest brokerages as a recruiter for new talent. She gained invaluable knowledge about the real estate industry and learned that success is found in providing outstanding service to clients, staying educated about the local market, and becoming a trusted guide for those navigating the journey of buying and selling a home. Lila prides herself on her high level of attention to detail and her southern hospitality shines through in everything she does. Her favorite part is helping clients see what they once thought to be unattainable become a reality. In her personal time, Lila enjoys playing tennis, baking, and exploring the Biltmore area where she lives.
