We were planning a move to Scottsdale from SF in the coming year, and came to visit one weekend just to explore different neighborhoods and check out some houses (with no intent on making an offer quite yet). Kirsten came highly recommended by friends. She drove us around for a few days, and gave us a broad tour of the all the different neighborhoods; and her being a local -- she provided key insights that helped us narrow down our choices. We unexpectedly found a home that we loved and decided to put in an offer a few days later. Kirsten was instrumental throughout the closing process -- always available anytime of day via text, phone or email. She was key in negotiating atypical terms that were completely in our favor (long escrow period, $170K under original asking price, etc). She was patient and thorough every step of the way, particularly with our numerous questions (AZ housing market differs from CA). Even after the close, she was a tremendous resource for advice and referrals for various contractors that we needed. We have bought/sold properties for the past 15 years, but can attest that our experience with Kirsten surpassed all our experiences with previous agents. Kirsten is a gem!
