Optimistic and approachable yet honest and strategic, Andrea is an asset you want on your team. From a young age, Andrea found strength in her ability to be self-sufficient. She has a tenacity that’s kept her from ever giving up or giving in to the whims of the world. She relishes the opportunity to take processes and projects apart and put them back together, leaving them far more efficient and leveled-up than they were before. With these incredible talents and an undying entrepreneurial spirit, Andrea has owned and started numerous businesses, strategically using her creativity to navigate multiple decades of economic shifts to come out on top. Fast-forward to the present day, Andrea has found her passion in the process of helping others develop strategic businesses from the ground up through her company AndreaMerican.com, while also using her extensive compliance knowledge to further aid in protecting agents in their transactions. Andrea’s relationship with North&Co. has a unique and rich history. She started at North&Co. before it was “North&Co.” – meeting Brian North in 2007 and helping him build Green Street Realty, which eventually became North&Co.. Andrea hired and trained our now incredible Designated Broker, Michele Williamson, as a Front Desk Receptionist over a decade ago – knowing full well that she was going to become an incredible cog in the machine that was this blossoming company. Somehow, someway, Andrea found her way back to North&Co., and she has once again become an asset that leads with innovation, light, and brilliance. Though her life is ample with professional successes, Andrea finds herself the most fulfilled when she is painting in her studio or traveling with her best friend, her husband. She finds so much beauty in the world around her, and loves to experience it with the people she adores the most. Andrea has a deep appreciation for the culture, community, and collaboration that North&Co. prides itself in, and has loved witnessing the evolution of a company she has such respect for. Andrea’s personal motto is “show up with excellence everyday,” and she lives that out with inspiring grace and consistency.
