STRENGTHS: Restorative, Input, Consistency, Analytical, Connectedness You think you may know what true loyalty is, until you meet Keira – she turns the whole meaning of the word upside down. Fiercely dedicated to people and ideas she loves, Keira is someone you want on your side. With her quick sense of humor, her willingness to ask hard questions, and her desire to serve, she is an integral part of any team, both interpersonally and professionally. To know Keira is to fall in love with her brain, her spunk, and her loyalty to the truth and those she loves. Keira’s professional career has been vast and is the root of much of her self-assurance and reliance. As an extremely hard and strategic worker, Keira prides herself in her ability to audit and fix anything and everything and strives to be an asset for whatever organization she works for. Keira has held a beautifully broad array of positions by serving as an Accounts Payable Manager, Financial Analyst, General Accountant in many different fields (law, school, and real estate), and as an Associate Accountant for a CPA firm. One of her biggest sources of confidence is the knowledge and professionalism she has acquired by working in these differing fields. In her past in the corporate accounting world, “zen” wasn’t the most common of feelings. Because of that, Keira is a pro at prioritizing and creating a zen environment for herself. Keira is happiest when she is with her husband Erick and son Everett, sitting on the beach and listening to the waves. Her family is her pride & joy, and she loves watching her son grow and having the opportunity to spend time with him as much as possible in her primarily working-from-home position as our Accounting Senior Manager. She now balances life as a mom and wife with a position that furthers her career and promotes a more zen life. We are so lucky to have her at North&Co. where she thrives asking the hard questions that make us better.
