With a drive for finding opportunities and delving into new challenges, Cathleen’s career background has roots in a variety of industries. Whether it be working in the film world in her home state of New Mexico, studying fashion through modeling and opportunities with Teen Vogue or immersing herself in the field of politics in Arizona, Cathleen connects with the recurring theme of formulating creative solutions and initiatives in her work.

Cathleen’s most recent experience involves working in the public policy and communications sector at the Arizona State Legislature, co-hosting and social media managing for a local New Mexico television show and working as a field organizer on John McCain’s U.S. Senate Campaign. She has also helped develop and lead the marketing department at the Honors College at Grand Canyon University where she just recently graduated with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Cathleen pursues several passion projects such as blogging, traveling and photography. In addition, her involvement in mentoring and leadership is a cause that she holds close to her because of her connection to the Disney’s Dreamers Academy. The Disney sponsored program in partnership with Steve Harvey and Essence Magazine seeks to provide opportunity, training and inspiration to high school students across the country. As a graduate of the program herself in 2012, she continues to be a mentor and guest speaker of the program today.

Being new to the industry of real estate, Cathleen Daly brings with her the passion for learning about the industry and discovering new ways to enhance the agent and consumer experience. She looks forward to further establishing herself in the Valley of the Sun and being a member of the force that drives the North&Co. vision.
