Over the last decade, the Metro-Phoenix marketplace experienced some of the most vibrant and tumultuous market-shifts in the Country. In that time, Brian became a student of the market, and its ever-changing conditions; in a pursuit to find better ways to engage with the consumer, secure a clientele-based business and refine how real estate is transacted. Brian is driven by his own personal pursuit to merge old-school with new-school tactics, and reinvent new business models. Phoenix has been a breeding ground for doing just that. From seasonality, lifestyle and investor-trends to bubble explosion, bubble implosion, rebound and revival…Brian has a ‘knack’ for identifying ways to create new opportunities, in any market condition. His strategies are tested and proven through his sustained success as an investor, an individual agent, a team-lead as well as founder of one of the fastest growing, and most productive, residential brokerage firms in Arizona.

Stephanie Gonzalez

Managing Partner & COO

Stephanie Gonzalez has been in the real estate industry since 1996, holding positions in sales, service, support, management and leadership with top local and national brands. In April of 2014 Stephanie was named the President of North & Co. In that position she is responsible for the operations, support services and strategic growth of the organization. She proudly works closely with Owner, Brian North, to maintain a brokerage that is nimble, innovative, relevant and ultimately offers a unique proposition to both consumers and their elite agent population.

Since arriving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2005 Gonzalez worked for local giant, Realty Executives. In her nine years with Realty Executives she worked for both the International franchisor as well as the local Phoenix brokerage. The last position that she held at the local brokerage was the Executive Director of Support Services. In this role she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the company’s training/education, events, business development, social media, communications, public relations and marketing departments.

Prior to being in Arizona, Stephanie also served as the Director of Education for Coldwell-Banker in the San Francisco Bay Area, worked in the training department for retail magnate Nordstrom and sold real estate in the competitive Beverly Hills market. Gonzalez is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.

Michele Williamson

Designated Broker

First licensed in Washington state in 2005, Michele worked with an innovative land developer and residential specialist.  When she moved to Arizona in 2008 she knew she had to get right back into Real Estate.  Michele’s opportunity with North&Co. began in 2011. As the Designated Broker she lives and breathes the dynamic culture that North&Co. has created and she gets to share it with the rest of the amazing talent in the Brokerage.

Michelle Cottingham

Managing Broker

Expressive, energetic and virtuous, Michelle Cottingham has a well rounded background in Real Estate Sales, Brokerage Management, Real Estate Training and Education and Mortgage Lending. Her career began in the year 2000 at the front desk of her Aunt’s Southern California Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage. An innovative thinker with a clear set of ethical standards Michelle’s grit and determination to crack a career path of her own from the early days of processing loans towards the aim of being a Real Estate Professional in Arizona has been realized in a number of different sales and management roles over the years.

Michelle Cottingham’s post as Managing Broker has her in lockstep with Designated Broker Michelle Williamson in day-to-day Brokerage operations to ensure their Agents are supported and fulfilling the company’s vision of having the highest standards in the industry. With a genuine curiosity for how people work and live Michelle’s passion for Real Estate and those that choose the profession as their own is kept fresh by relationships and interactions of North&Co.’s Agents.

In the field you may find her leading a classroom through course material as a Certified Continuing Education Instructor, Mentoring and training her peers to reach for new levels of aptitude and performance or leading her top performing Team, as an active salesperson.

Michelle Cottingham is also an award-winning Real Estate Professional based in North Phoenix. Her career began in the year 2000 in Mortgage Lending and within 3 years she had translated her passions for people, business and the local landscape into Real Estate where she has been ever since. Michelle’s patient, confident and educational approach to her work with clientele places the values of deep understanding, relationship and service at the forefront of operations for herself and her team, TheHouseOfEmme. Michelle brings the very best of over a decade of day-to-day practical field experience, proven leadership abilities, market and industry knowledge to her work flow and is proud to serve her community and the greater Phoenix-Metro as a licensed professional.

Erin Lowe

Operations Manager

Erin Lowe is the Operations Manager and Yoga Teacher for North & Co.. Erin was raised in Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University in May 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation/Tourism Management. Prior to graduating from ASU Erin lived in Orange County, California for 3 years where she began her Real Estate career as an Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator for a commercial real estate company. When she returned to Arizona she transitioned her career to work in multifamily real estate. She worked as an Assistant Manager, Resident Services Director and Leasing Professional for 4 years (in Phoenix, Arizona and Austin, Texas) and as a Regional Property Manager for 5 years managing apartment complexes and residential homes (in Tempe/Chandler/Scottsdale/Paradise Valley and Prescott, Arizona). Erin decided to broaden her real estate experience in residential real estate and found the perfect opportunity when she joined the team at North & Co.

Erin is also a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200, graduating from The South West Institute of the Healing Arts) and WPA/Paddle Into Fitness certified Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) and SUP Yoga Instructor. Erin loves working for a company where she can both work in real estate and share her passion teaching Yoga to her colleagues.

Cathleen Daly

Marketing Manager

Originally from New Mexico, Cathleen Daly chose to keep her love for living in the southwest close to her when she decided to move to Phoenix, Arizona to attend Grand Canyon University. As she finishes her last semester pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, she looks forward to further establishing herself in the Valley of the Sun in her new role as Marketing Manager with North&Co.

Prior to working at North&Co., Daly was working in the public policy and communications sector through various political campaigns, organizations, and at the Arizona State Legislature. She has also held the position of Marketing Lead for the GCU Honors College as well as Co-Host and Social Media Manager for a local television show. Throughout Daly’s career, she has developed a consistent passion to express creativity in her work. This is displayed in both her professional experiences in film/television, politics, fashion, and social media and her personal passion projects of writing, traveling, blogging, and photography.

Christina Davis

Inside Sales Agent

Christina Davis is originally from Tucson, AZ and graduated from the University of Arizona in December 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Creative Writing. After graduation, she became employed with FedEx. Christina spent the last 11 years climbing the corporate ladder. During this time, she received her MBA from the University of Phoenix in October of 2012.  Over the course of her 11-year tenure with FedEx, Christina spent 8 years in the LA market and recently relocated back to Phoenix to be closer to family.

In October 2017, Christina decided to follow her true passion and obtained her real estate license. She was introduced to the North&Co. family and began her new career in real estate December 1, 2017.

Christina has an energetic personality and illustrates a positive attitude in all that she does. She believes that you should always be aware of the shadow that you cast and that a smile is contagious.

Raelene Bohnet

Administrative Assistant

Raelene (Rae) has called Arizona home since 2012. A Southern California native (Los Angeles, Newport Beach), Rae attended USC for her first 3 years and then graduated from Chapman College with a BS degree in Finance/Marketing.

During her college years, she married and had a daughter and then a son. Opportunity presented itself in an professional opportunity to join a Fortune 500 company – Union Pacific Railroad in a Management position which involved relocating to Cheyenne/Laramie, Wyoming. Employment with Union Pacific Railroad would prove to be an adventure, taking her from Wyoming to Omaha, Nebraska, then remarried to another “railroader” and moved to New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Illinois and back to headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska to retire. But retirement is just not her style…..so here she is in Phoenix, Arizona working at North&Co!!!
